Entrance to the apartment is at street level with no steps to enter or internally. From the living area and small terrace there are uninterrupted views of the harbor across to Fuerteventura. The apartment has unlimited hi speed internet and many international tv channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for food storage and preparation. There is a large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine (liquid incl.). The bedroom has a large wardrobe, comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Although there is not private on site parking, there are many parking spaces within a few meter from the apartment.

This property would be a 10 if based purely upon its aspect overlooking the harbour however whilst it been updated in some respects it is a little tired in places. It’s in a quiet part of town which is great to ‘get away from it all’ but is within easy reach of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Car parking can be a challenge it wasn’t until my final day that I managed to secure a spot outside the property. With a little bit more updating this property would be a 10.
