Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book youā€™re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The staff seem very confused with requests and say theyā€™re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"
