"We ordered a suite but got a different room. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Random stains on the mattress and the couch. And each time we left the room the room cards would demagnetize. I haven’t had this issue so frequently at other hotels. Walls have no soundproofing , would clearly hear every conversation happening in the hallway. Tv service was great, staff were quick to help."

"The room was terrible with little windows and yiu couldn’t see out as there was so much moisture in the glass. The parking situation is terrible to have to walk through the alley because need key access but don’t get that until you check in "

"The bathroom needed a bit of attention, hair on the floor, Kleenex box empty, but the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruit available as well as hot food, cold cereal, hot oatmeal and yogurt. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would stay here again."
