"Worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. If you a a guy on a long trip and need a flat surface to lay flat for 8 hours - that will do. If you are looking for clean sheets, clean toilet, decent shower, non-soggy mattress - just book something else. It was cheap though, so I give it 2 stars and not 1."

"My husband and I have stayed at Ballard park at least 5 times now. It is a great location (much more affordable than actually staying in Moab) for getting around Arches, Canyonlands (Island in the Sky) are less than an hour away, Goblin Valley and Hanksville area are about an hour away. The check in/ check out process is very easy and the people are very friendly and helpful. They have two sets of washers and dryers in the office area for use and I've never had to wait in line to use them. Please be aware though that there is only a convenience gas station close by. The closest markets would be Green River or Moab. Just make sure to bring some foods with you so you don't have to drive every day. There is plenty of pots/pans/plates and utensils for use in the units. There is also a full size fridge which is very nice. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"My stay at the Preston / Nutter House was excellent! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was informative and quick to respond to my questions. Close to Moab & hiking trails, like 35-40 mins away, the drive scenic was enjoyable. The last night there we were able to do a firepit and just enjoy the clear night sky with stars, it was beautiful. Highly recommended."
