"As soon as you open the door, you’re greeted by views of the mountains and the lake. We made use of the hot tub and the swimming pool, which the children really enjoyed. Breakfast was simple yet lovely, and parking was convenient."

"We loved the design and staff but the blood on our bedding (not from us) and the pile of room service dishes not cleaned up and cake smooshed into the hallways with a random pill on the floor that was not cleaned up after telling staff the night before sucked but we can look past that it was a beautiful pool and spa area the view of the dumpsters wasn’t as nice. Stayed in the arms! Avoid too. 225 and 325 view of parking lots and dumpsters. There was a to go cup on the pool area for two days and some wine or body fluid by the steam room I wish I avoided"

"We spent the weekend there and unfortunately there’s was fires all around Kelowna area those day and the inside pool was and amazing option. Everything was really nice during our stay, definitely recommended"

"Very friendly staff. Requested a room on 2nd floor away from Harvey Street and was accommodated. No coffee in room, which was not informed at check-in but a wonderful machine in lobby which I found in the morning. Room was very clean. Does need some updates in shower/bathroom."
