気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The staff was great, but the room was disappointing. The towels and washcloths were dingy, and we had to keep asking for replacements. Each time, we were only given two sets, and we had to bring the old ones back ourselves—something housekeeping usually handles.
The bathroom had so much condensation that water was dripping from the ceiling. There was only about half a roll of toilet paper, and I didn’t want to ask for more because it seemed like we’d have to bring the empty roll as proof.
Breakfast also had little to no options. They had jelly, but no bread. Overall, the stay was okay, but the room conditions and breakfast definitely need improvement. The staff, however, was amazing.
