The resort was amazing, very compact and well managed. The view of the valley was also great. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The rooms was really clean and had wooden flooring. Overall a great ambience and great food at the in-house restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good.
