「Family friendly , just as described on the booking, very clean and spacious we had no complaints, we paid 10 for earlier check in which was fantastic thank you!」

「This is not a luxury house. Cheap second hand uncomfortable furniture, a smelly oven that may not have been cleaned for years (if ever???) and crockery that we needed to wash before we used it. We are not fussy people, but clean and comfortable should be a bare minimum.... Worst of all though was a chirping smoke alarm on the first floor landing, indicating a dead battery. On closer inspection, there wasn't even a battery fitted!! I offered to replace it if the owner couldn't arrange it for...

「Property was clean and well equipped. Great to have more than one toilet in a 2-bedroom house and parking (the main reasons we chose this property). Seamless check in. The location was perfect for our walks along the river into Stockton centre. Would definitely stay again :)」
