"Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay."

"The hotel is gorgeous but the King sized bed was a Queen, the restaurant had gnats (bar area) the actual restaurant was closed but the food (dinner) looked like a tv dinner. Fried chicken was HIGHLY questionable, there was a piece of hair in my water. We did not pay for our meal, we could barely eat from the gnats swarming around our food. I was just disgusted to say the least. I expected more from this "luxury" hotel. NEVER AGAIN!"

"This is the perfect hotel if attending Astros games or if you want to be poolside for an evening. The Texas shaped pool/lazy river does not disappoint, I was surprised by how big the area is. Our room was clean and the rooms can get cold if you like to set the temp low."

"Cute and trendy place! Loved the atmosphere and decor. Rooms were a bit small but it worked for our overnight trip. I loved the locker on our floor where we could get additional accommodations like extra towels, make up wipes, ear plugs, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more! "

"The overall hotel experience was good; however, I do have a couple of complaints. I requested toilet paper and paper towels, but no one ever brought them, and I ultimately had to retrieve them myself. Additionally, my daughter had a negative interaction with one of the front desk staff members. He was rude and dismissive when she attempted to discuss a charge that had been added in error."
