"Convenient location with easy access to the zoo (which is a fantastic day out) and the train station. Friendly staff on reception. Our family room was comfortable and an adequate size for the 4 of us. Unfortunately, our shower had a blocked drain which smelt terrible. We reported this on several occasions but it did not get looked at. We appreciate that the hotel was fully booked and so it wasn't possible for us to move to a different room, and we were given a voucher for 4 x free drinks as a goodwill gesture, but it did spoil our enjoyment. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned once in our 3 night stay. "

"I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again."
