"The whole process of checking in, and showing how and where about the amenities very helpful. The tall lady in the front ( sorry I did not know her name) did a very good job to show me around. The best part is the foood of the restaurant, the service has been great, Servings have been great without much wait at all. The fooood is really fantastic!!!"

"Check in and out was very nice! The lighting in room was very dark. Did not clean the room very well! Should give bottles of f water every day for how expensive the hotel is. The refrigerator did not work very well."

"I stayed in a single room, meaning a twin bed. And it was pretty good. It was generally clean just old. Old carpet. Old paint etc. But clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The price was pretty great for actually getting a private room compared to a hostel or cube. The bed was actually surprisingly comfortable. The AC worked great. Really good location. Would totally stay again."

"Truthfully was a little dissappinted, promised alot when i booked with parking (the reason we booked the hotel) etc but didn't deliver. Dont get me wrong the rooms were lovely which we couldnt fault but the way we were greeted from arrival was someone what disappointing, we were here for 5 days (4 nights) we didnt have hot water one day due to renovation work (i assume) being completed on the same floor. Requested reception on leaving that day to rectify and when we returned that evening they assumed it had been done. Fortunately it had but no one had reported back to reception that it had been rectified so we have to find out for ourselves by turning it on. On refelection after a few days of being back and having a think about it would we come back, probably yes but for a higher end hotel we expected more for the money we paid for the accommodation. Sorry to sound negative but all in all could of been so much better..Although not the hotels fault but there are major roadworks going on outside at present and they were operating heavy machinery all ours if the night ehich did keep us awake at various points during our stay."

"Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. My concerns were: the rooms were quite warm. Our first room was a sauna and never cooled off so we were moved to another room. This room was cooler but not as cool as I would like. Shampoo and soap dispensers were high and didn't pump all that well. Not enough towels as the floor flooded each time you showered. Pillows were too soft and felt Like cotton balls. And the mattress cover was broken and moved down the bed. But the breakfast was good, room was clean and staff were good!!!"

"I only stayed at this hotel for two nights, but during my day the service was exceptional, the room was very clean, everything that you could ever want was provided for. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
