"The Mövenpick in downtown Amsterdam is in a good spot for walking to many dining and entertainment spots. The check-in was easy with Nikos being very professional. We had dinner in the Dock 11 restaurant on site and Henrique along with Sandra the manager gave us a great experience. The rooms are super clean and the elevators all worked! A great experience was had at the hotel."

"L'équipe du Monet Gardent Hotel MÉRITE une note PARFAITE... et davantage ; si cela est possible ! Toute l'équipe a été des plus accueillante, gentille, aidante et professionnelle. L'hôtel est très bien situé : à moins de 30 minutes de marche de plusieurs musées (pictural, naval, palais, etc), à moins de 10 minutes de plusieurs restaurants, épiceries, boutiques et activités (jardin botanique, zoo, etc), boutiques (de la vieille ville) et à 5 minutes d'une station de métro (Waterlooplein). Vous serez logé dans un établissement moderne mais à quelques minutes du charme architectural traditionnel hollandais se trouvant dans les rues (et canaux) adjacentes à la rue Valkenburgerstraat. Les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner vous offre un grand éventail de choix de nourriture et breuvages, et le bar est bien garni des breuvages alcoolisés populaires, mais offre aussi des mocktails (et grignotines) délicieux. Nous recommandons tout de ce charmant hôtel."

We understand the hotel has an Indonesian structure but if they could add a few European choices of cuisine to its dinner menu then it would be great. Overall staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating and the property was worth the journey to add to that Amsterdam experience."

"We booked NH city centre on a whim based on its location. We were delightfully surprised at what a wonderful stay we had and in fact , extended our stay there because they were so helpful. So welcoming, clean rooms and common areas. And extra treats like free Brita water, and sour candies. We took advantage of both and enjoyed that little extra thoughtfulness. We especially want to commend Elena. She observed us coming in, engaged us in conversation, gave us great recommendations. We looks for her each day and really appreciated how well she took care of us, throughout our stay. We would highly recommmend NH CITY CENTRE for a perfect location and a very comfortable, welcoming stay! Also the woman who greeted the breakfast crowd- I did not catch her name. She was delightful!! So warm, remembered people, accommodating and helpful in assisting guests with the breakfast area."

"we absolutely loved this hotel. its warm and modern (yet also cool retro) design felt fancy but not stuffy. the front desk was very helpful with everything we needed. there was complimentary sparkling and still water for when we arrived. they also supply complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar in the room. the bed was super comfortable, the black out drapes made it easy to sleep in late and the shower had great pressure. the breakfast had lots of options and quality food. very delicious. one of the best things was that public transportation was incredibly easy - only like a 4 minute walk to the metro that takes you anywhere in the city. my only small issue was that the restaurant staff misgendered me multiple times. i know this is a luxury problem and most likely will not affect my staying here again but coming from NYC, i guess i expected a cool hip hotel in amsterdam to be a little more forward thinking. overall the hotel was an excellent experience and we will stay again."
