"While our room smelled of heavy bleach, it was not clean. The surfaces were sticky and had not been wiped down. We were missing a bathroom trash can, and there was very limited options in the market."

"We stayed here for a concert and we were unfamiliar with the area. But it was so convenient and lovely! 2 parking areas with 24-hr. Monitored parking. A small grocery store is downstairs and super convenient. The hotel staff were very sweet-even though everyone was stressed from a huge concert being booked in their city. Our room was amazing, and it made us want to always stay here for our trips in Detroit! We will be back! "

"The room was excellent... I did not expect it to have all the things that were included. Pots and pans. Plates coffee maker. Everything in the kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Everything was clean. The living room area with the extra TV was a bonus. The staff was wonderful. We plan on coming back soon just so that I can utilize more things that were in the room. "

"I had a reservation for 2 queen beds and only had 1 bed. They couldn’t change it, or even let me get another room. Said the only reservations were online even though I was in the lobby with my family …and we had to have our teenager sleep with us. Also communication was poor about the valet. Nice facility but unorganized and not helpful for the price. We didn’t let it ruin our trip, but it was disappointing."
