"My experience with the kozy hotel is excellent and if I ever go back to Dallas Texas, I will be staying there again! Staff was very kind and helpful. The room looked brand new. The bed and linens was fantastic! The pool was great and the breakfast bar was over the top!"

"I have now stayed at The Island twice. I love to walk the beach, visit the pier and go to the restaraunts and shops nearby. I utilize the gym but it is not onsite. You have to walk to the building next door and use a pin code to gain access. The pools and beach are fantastic!"

"Amazing hotel. Perfect location to everything in downtown Atlanta, especially the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Hotel bar and restaurants were great. Hotel room was clean and modern. Hotel itself is a bit dated, but hey it was built in 1985. If you take a rickshaw to the stadium, don't pay the marked price. Haggle with them. They wanted $35 per MINUTE. For the 10 minute ride, that would be $350. Should be like $50-$100 at most."
