「The place is very unique. You feel as if you are staying in the middle of the forest. Older building with older plumbing. We rented 2 rooms. First room a/c was great. 2nd room, the a/c was not responding to the thermostat. It was too cold. They said they would fix-they did not. Offered a couple of blankets. loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying nature. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. Limited to typical buffet items-scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They had a waffle maker. I...

「It was the perfect place for us to be. The view was excellent at sunrise. A few longhorn cattle visited us late one evening. We had our privacy from other guests, too. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Very good use of every space! Would highly recommend a stay, especially if you plan to attend the musical “Texas” which is performed down in Palo Duro Canyon in the summer months. Outstanding performance and extra special as the play is celebrating its 60th year...
