"Chambre comfortable. Excellent service à la clientèle: si vous ne demandez pas le ménage une journée, on vous téléphone en soirée pour vous demander s’il vous manque quelque chose. Si oui, on livre à votre chambre dans les minutes suivantes. Bon déjeuner buffet avec des changements de mets quotidiens. Côté localisation, l’hôtel est situé à distance de marche du Quartier chinois et de Darling Harbour. Pour le reste, la gare et le bus sont à vos pieds!"

"The location is great. Easy walk to the Opera, port, restaurants, botanical gardens, ferries,… Two major concerns: 1) the hotel is old and the rooms are not sound proof; we were on the first floor and had noise from the street, breakfast, and neighbors; and 2) we did not receive room cleaning. "

"We had a great time except when our flight were cancelled and had to book another night and came to find out it was even more then the booking for one night. Otherwise, great location. "

"Outstanding hotel most worthy of 5 stars. The only disclaimer is construction of adjacent buildings, obviously outside of the control of this excellent hotel, could be noisy if you sleep past 8 AM. Otherwise most highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Sydney."
