「Unfortunately I had to wait for over 10 minutes to fully check out. I checked out but was asked to stay for 5 to 10 minutes at the chair in front of the front desk. I waitied for almost 15 mintes and was finally told that there were no problem. The front desk lady did not give me a receipt before I asked for it. She was not rude at all but did not explained to me why I had to wait for such a long time after I gave back my room key to check out.」

"The hotel staff were all very friendly. Some people have complained about the noise outside at night and the difficulty adjusting the shower temperature, but I think that's a matter of personal preference. I didn't notice any of that and had a very comfortable stay."
