I got food poisoning from other place, and was feeling terrible with my upset stomach and nausea and throwing up all throughout the night almost getting dehydrated inside my room. But when I called the front desk for help in the morning, a very kind staff member helped taking me to a hospital and helped me buying some food & water. And after resting for a day, I was able to fly back to my country. I will like to send my greatest gratitude to the staff members of this hotel.

Well priced . Great service. Average sized room. Clean modern room with very comfortable bed. Internet was good. Not the closest to the metro but manageable . About a 15 minute walk which is also where the huge mall is. Quiet area but close to lots of dining . Excellent service .

Because of flight delays, we arrived in Bangkok much later than planned and needed a quick, smooth check-in, especially as our food-tour guides were already waiting in the lobby. The staff handled everything speedily, cheerfully and efficiently — exactly what we needed after a long journey. Throughout our 13-night stay, the team were consistently warm, friendly and approachable. They greeted us whenever they saw us and always seemed to be available when we needed help. On several occasions, a member of staff almost miraculously appeared at just the right moment to assist with the logistics of third-party service providers. They diligently maintained the comfort of our two rooms, made sure we had every amenity we required, and regularly asked how our daily expeditions around Bangkok were progressing — a lovely personal touch. We particularly appreciated how well the breakfast area was managed. The staff worked constantly to keep it clean, hygienic, organised and fully stocked. This matters in a busy hotel, especially when some modern travellers can become rather piggish and slovenly around buffet areas — a universal problem, not one unique to Bangkok. The staff contributed enormously to our enjoyment of the city. After 13 nights, the hotel felt like a familiar, welcoming base rather than simply somewhere we were staying. I actually left with a tear in my eye. Thank you so much to the entire team.

Good hotel for the price

This hotel was well priced and close enough to 2 MRT stations, both about a 15-minute walk away. However, note that parts of the walk to and from will be through busy streets with no sidewalks. Our stay came with breakfast which was plentiful, with many (mostly Asian) options to choose from. The downside was that the food was just never hot, even very first thing in the morning.

Excellent value for money

Modern design hotel close to Rama 9 shopping district. Good local eateries nearby and Lotus and central department store is within easy walking distance. You will be welcomed young friendly staffs. OK room size with a big bed if you choose King. Breakfast is also good enough with Thai and western food. Water pressure and a bit of noises are minus, but it is certainly value for money.

good location (for me).

the hotel is between two metro subway stations, so a little of a walk to get to either one. but it's good enough for me. the hotel is not on the main road. you'd need to walk two short blocks off the main road to get to it. many restaurants, malls near by. and subway stations are walk-able.

The only disappointing thing was how long checkin took with the number of forms that had to be signed, and the fact that one the rooms wasn’t ready well after check-in time. Otherwise very clean and nice property and very friendly staff. Also- location is a little interesting tucked into a tiny road. Definitely makes you feel like you’re one with the locals. But not a far walk to the mall/metro.

Good stay

Had to wait an hour and a half as the room was not ready at check in time (2 pm). The hotel was full at Christmas and they were very busy. I can understand their difficulty. But staff are very hard working.
