Another great stay at the Best Western Ratchada. Great breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Communication is great and rooms are fantastic. Pool is nice as well. Close to train, shopping and every food you can imagine. Central Rama 9 is close along with Fortune Town and Lotus. Will return.

This was a last minute booking as my original booking was unable to be fulfilled due to the room being water damaged. The staff at Best Western are wonderful very helpful and friendly at the front desk would stay there again. Shout out to the Wotif customer service lady who organized the emergency booking she was great. 👍👍👍

We came to visit family who lived near this hotel. Room was spacious and quiet. We upgraded to breakfast Buffett. Very good and worth it. Check in and out was easy. Close to everything. Rama 9, local food, massage, Lotus grocery (like walmart, MRT, etc. nice pool on second floor. Will definitely return and stay.

Good hotel for the price

This hotel was well priced and close enough to 2 MRT stations, both about a 15-minute walk away. However, note that parts of the walk to and from will be through busy streets with no sidewalks. Our stay came with breakfast which was plentiful, with many (mostly Asian) options to choose from. The downside was that the food was just never hot, even very first thing in the morning.

Excellent value for money

Modern design hotel close to Rama 9 shopping district. Good local eateries nearby and Lotus and central department store is within easy walking distance. You will be welcomed young friendly staffs. OK room size with a big bed if you choose King. Breakfast is also good enough with Thai and western food. Water pressure and a bit of noises are minus, but it is certainly value for money.

good location (for me).

the hotel is between two metro subway stations, so a little of a walk to get to either one. but it's good enough for me. the hotel is not on the main road. you'd need to walk two short blocks off the main road to get to it. many restaurants, malls near by. and subway stations are walk-able.

The only disappointing thing was how long checkin took with the number of forms that had to be signed, and the fact that one the rooms wasn’t ready well after check-in time. Otherwise very clean and nice property and very friendly staff. Also- location is a little interesting tucked into a tiny road. Definitely makes you feel like you’re one with the locals. But not a far walk to the mall/metro.

Had to wait an hour and a half as the room was not ready at check in time (2 pm). The hotel was full at Christmas and they were very busy. I can understand their difficulty. But staff are very hard working.

The room size and beds were perfect for our party. The facilities are just great. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Despite the language barrier, they did their best to help us make the most of our short visit to Bangkok. For this reason, non-Thai speaking guests will be served well to install translation app on their smart phones. Also install and register for the Grab app for hailing ride services. I recommend that a desktop be made available to guests to check on areas of interest as well as to check in online with the airlines. The side entrance by the parking area should be well marked for direction of door opening. Better to install automatic door opener. Lastly a bench of couple of chairs would be nice by the smoking area.
