「Had a wonderful four night stay with 5 friends as we celebrated our friendship of 46 years. We drove to Montreal from Ontario and Ivan met us at the gate, helped us navigate the narrow alley way and gave us a tour of the property. 「We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous historic home. We were lucky to enjoy TWO town events that took place right beside the property: a Sunday market and a Friday evening concert. The latter wasn’t even audible once we turned in for the night because the walls are so thick! There were definitely some oddities in the house due to its age, but that’s to be expected. 「We 6 stayed here at the end of May 2025 (two early 20’s, two early 50’s, and 2 early-mid 70’s). Property was reasonably clean. You get the top two floors of a 3-story row house. Bedroom on the ‘first’ floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Half bath on the 2nd floor, two full baths, so anyone staying on the 2nd floor needs to go up another flight to shower. The house is very spacious, clean and is in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to excellent food options. Old Montreal is a walking distance away. Highly recommended !!」
