「Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. 🔸 À noter : le nettoyage quotidien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, et certaines chambres familiales manquent de balcon, malgré une jolie vue sur mer et piscines.」

「私の泊まった日/部屋が悪かったのか、ネットが使えずテレビもみれませんでした。ドアにテレビがみれなかったという前に宿泊した人のメッセージがあったのですが、読まれてなかったみたいです。また空港送迎サービスをeメールでお願いしたのですが、何日たっても返事がなかったのでメールでキャンセルしました。その数日後に「空港に迎えに行く」とメールがありました。多分ネットが不安定のようなので空港ピックアップはお願いしない方がいいのかなと思いました。それ以外は大体良かったです。」

「I was surprised by how clean, beautiful, calm , excellent service and lovely was the hotel. The rooms have nice views, and love how clean it was. 」

「Piscine nikel Aucun changement de draps pendant 2 semaine et draps deja salle a larrive avec tache suspecte .robinetrie avec fuite et jen passe fourmis dans la chambre jusqu'à dans le frigo changements de serviette a la demande et encore !」

「This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

「All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back.」
