The pool and private beach are a highlight for us as we journey each year to Asia and this is our time to relax and prepare for the onward journey home. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Sophia in Guest Relations was wonderful in preparing for us a one-day outing to El Jim. 」
「I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for.
