「I was surprised by how clean, beautiful, calm , excellent service and lovely was the hotel. The rooms have nice views, and love how clean it was. 」

「This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

「部屋は毎日掃除していただけました。また、朝ごはんもビュッフェスタイルで満足できました。 一方で、気になる点もありました。 ：部屋でWifiが使えない。（ロビーでは使えます。また、部屋によっては利用できるのかもしれません） ：水道が若干「塩」の味がします。（海岸沿いなので仕方ないのかもしません） ：エアコンの効きが悪い（動いてないのかも・・でも10月だったので寝るときにはそれほど困りませんでした） ・・っとネガティブ要素もありましたが、なんせお値段がお安いので個人的には納得しています。」

「Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...
