「I have called the hotel while I was at the airport after my plane has landed around 9:45PM, to arrange for a shuttle to pick me & my wife from the airport to the hotel, as advertised on Expedia, but I was told, no more shuttle after 9:30PM. The receptionist was rude, didn’t not offer any help or suggestions or solutions to the situation. Of course I was very disappointed, we didn’t know how to get to the hotel at night. It was so scary and dangerous to leave the airport at night time and start...

「No one at reception noticed 2 people out front vaping. It was the front desk person and another employee. She was very rude and unable to properly explain the pet policy. Told us to leave if we didn't like it. And refused to call the manager when requesting it. Said she didnt want to. Several people hanging out in parking lot with laptops for long periods of time that were not guest. There are so many hotels surrounding this one I wouldn't pick one that's run this unprofessionally.」
