Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave Myrtle Beach

"This was our first time staying here. The staff was wonderful. The resort is so clean and beautiful. Our suite was everything!! With me being in a wheelchair, the suite was very accommodating for me. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone. We will definitely be staying here from now on. You can just park your car and walk to everything around you."

"Very nice place. Great staff. We accidentally came on bike week, it was ok except they tried their best to occupy the whole 1st floor parking, which i can understand, but their money isn't any different from mine, so I'm pissed em off and parked down there anyway. The receptionist when we first arrived tried to tell us we couldn't, but again, it's not against any rules and I don't like being told where to park my car and I'm handicapped. So the only complaint i have is the receptionist trying to cater to people who paid the same rate as me and making it seem like they had some type of privilege over me. I didn't like that at all."

"Our overnight stay at the Hotel Indigo was fantastic. A family member had an early morning procedure at MUSC and it was super close to the hospital. The hotel was clean & beautiful, comfortable, and the front desk ladies were exceptional!! I gave the review 3 stars for the amenities solely because of our disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was nonexistent. We arrived to the hotel around 6PM after driving for almost 2 hours. It was pouring rain, there were flooding advisories & we were not familiar with the area. We had to leave at 5:30AM to be at the hospital. Going to grab dinner was not ideal. After trying to find the restaurant phone number, I went down to the bar to place an order and wait on it. The bar staff never once acknowledged me and I never saw another waiter. I stood by the register at the bar, where 3 bartenders were back and forth. After a few minutes of standing there, another patron came up and asked if I was in line...I said yes. Again, the bartenders were right on the other side of the bar, using the register and serving other people. The bartenders came to her & helped her with what she needed, I assumed she was a regular and they knew what she needed. I was not addressed. I grabbed a menu from the bar near the register to look at it, and still I was never addressed. I tried to make eye contact indicating that I wanted to order. I ended up leaving without ever being spoken to. I'm hoping this is not always the experience."
