「Amazing!」

「Room I booked wasn't available. The room I was given was 91 degrees on arrival. Was given another room. The 3rd room had a hole in the ceiling in the shower with mold. Worst Marriot ever」

「Parking」

「The beds were comforter room was clean . We didn’t try the pool or hot tub. Breakfast didn’t look appealing but it never really is at a hotel . The staff was always welcoming.」

「They responded quickly to messages. Room was clean and had everything you need. The water took a bit to get warm but once it did it was nice and hot, just like I like it (I actually did have to turn it down 😂) It was a quiet place which was great….. but it was a little further from public transportation but overall it was a great place.」

「I stayed at the Best western Braintree Inn and encountered a very unpleasant, unprofessional and hasty experience from one employee in particular. From the moment I checked in the woman at the front named Dana was extremely rude, and contributed to an absolutely unpleasant and unwelcoming experience during my entire stay. I was not provided with Dana's last name but Dana went out of her way to ensure I had an undesirable experience here at the best western in Braintree and she even went as far...
