Très bien mais attention aux arrivées tardives

Séjour très agréable, cuisine de qualité au restaurant et terrasse extérieure très bien. Seul bémol, pas d'eau chaude en arrivant à 23 heures.

Chambre avec un très bon rapport qualité prix

Déco et mobilier sobre et simple (peut être à réactualiser). La salle de bain mériterai un coup de neuf (ce serait un plus) mais sinon hôtel déjà très confortable et personnel au top. La terrasse du restaurant est très agréable et les plats délicieux (et copieux!! on est en Alsace quoi !!!). Je recommande.

Excellent stay

Couldn't make the 1st night of my reservation but hotel staff was very understanding, very helpful. Limited French on my part, limited English skills (though better than my French) on their side but they did their best to communicate with me. I was in France for a wedding and they helped me find dry cleaner and manicure locations. Location was good, room was great, clean, comfortable. Food/restaurant was very good, recommended the restaurant to my nephews, who had nothing but great things to say, also treated my family to dinner there on my last night, very happy with the experience.

hôtel simple , bien placé

Hotel bien placé , dans un environement calme. Par contre, l'isolation de la chambre est très légère, donc on attend tout chez les voisins, mais aussi sur la terrasse de l'hôtel. Décoration assez originale et basique ( des couleurs fortes). Mais, sachant qu'il s'agit d'un deux étoiles, il reste très correct. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très basique, décevant . Restauration par ailleurs bonne, dans un cadre agréable ( terrasse en été).
