「Matthew was an incredible host, he was so helpful with the entire process, from booking to the very end when we had to check out. He showed us some really cool fishing spots, encouraged us to have an amazing time and was just overall so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back and book with sea and sand cottages. The cottage was very clean, we loved the decor, and the beds were very comfy and perfect for a family of 4. Overall just a wonderful experience and so close to the beach...

「This place was perfect!! We rented it for 2 nights to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Close proximity to Lake Livingston State Park and Livingston. We also visited the Johnsons Rock Shop in Indian Springs East of Livingston. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quite.
