「Terrible place false advertising its bot even called baymont its westair something like that staff was soo rude and teriyaki didnt let me check in wanted me to repay my room but thankfully i was able to get a refund because of other people the hotel staff never answered 」

「Nice and clean with very spacious rooms. Staff was friendly! 」

「Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hampton stays. No juice available, table was dirty. Room bathroom had one opened tiny soap at the sink (was it recycled?). 3towels for four occupants.」

「Bathroom was clean & excellent. The pool was nice. But barely heated so not as enjoyable as i would have liked. Per staff this is due to their rules. 」

「We've stated here multiple times & this was the worst stay. When we arrived to our room, there were zero drinks/snacks available. We went to the restaurant & let the front desk girl know & her response is that sometimes they do that if there are under age kids staying there. No problem, but I would think they might go restock it but that didn't happen.The next day, we were out for the majority of the day & when we returned, it still hadn't been restocked & housekeeping hadn't been in our room. 「Reserve una habitación de 2 días hoy y mañana y en expedía me aparece que tengo la reservación y hablr para decir que iba a llegar tarde y resulta que me cancelaron la habitación por qué la tarjeta hizo decline siendo que iba a pagar yo allí en el hotel tengo las pruebas y ni si quiera se dignaron a darme una solución ahora tengo que buscar otro hotel por culpa de ellos 」
