The first room they gave me the comforter and pillow cases were filthy. The second room, the sheets were clean, but comforter had stains on it. And someone was blaring music in the hallway at 4 AM. But the staff was very friendly. And helpful.

Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ.

The first night when I checked in someone had already been inside the room and they tried to sneak and run up there before I got to the room to tell to get out because the TV was on and the lights were on

There is a smell of mildew in the whole building. You should get some humidifiers and call Stanley Steamers to clean everything. They can clean the mattress, curtains, furniture, and carpets. You should clean the graffiti off of your hotel elevator. It really brings down the it's a safe place vibe. Hire a exterminator company or spray your insects with Walmart incesticide. At least until you get it under control. And if you just change the sheets and throw the ones away with cigarette Burns and stains in them your hotel was greatly improved it's ratings all over on cleanliness.
