This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

This beautiful property is ideal for families and business trips as it can accommodate up to 5 people, with two bedrooms, one of them with a cosy terrace where you can relax, 1 bathroom and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, Wifi fibre Internet, parking space and communal swimming pool. Strategically located to get to know both the north of the island and the metropolitan area.

The house has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Internet, cot, high chair, parking space and communal swimming pool.

Santa Úrsula is located in the north of Tenerife. The highest point of the municipality, which extends from the coast, is located in the Morra de Itote at 1794 metres above sea level. Although the slopes are gentle on the steep coastal area, they are more accentuated in the midlands and on the summit. Santa Úrsula has only two small coves, located in the areas of Santa Ana and Charco del Negro. Some of the municipality's protected areas are the Las Palomas Special Nature Reserve and the Las Lagunetas and Costa de Acentejo Protected Landscapes.

The flat is located in an exclusive residential complex with swimming pool in La Quinta, Santa Ursula.

You can use the comunal swimming pool (unheated), until 20:00hrs. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The same key is used to access either the house and the common areas (swimming-pool). Please keep it with you and make good use of it, as its loss would imply an additional charge of 40€

There is currently works on the facade of the building and you may experience some noise during the day.
