The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. "The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk. "
