About The Space
This elegant, custom-designed single-story villa boasts 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across a generous 5,000 sqft living area on a private 2-acre estate. The beautifully landscaped property features a 20,000 sqft manicured lawn and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

Designed for refined group stays, the home offers numerous French doors opening to a courtyard adorned with market lights, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

Enjoy resort-style outdoor amenities including a large covered patio with ambient lighting, a sparkling pool and spa, a 4-6 person sauna, and a fully equipped BBQ island with refrigerator. The entire estate is fenced for guest and pet safety, allowing worry-free enjoyment of the grounds.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 1 King, 5 Queen, and 2 Full beds plus additional folding beds. Pet-friendly for up to 3 dogs under 60 lbs (no cats). Driveway parking accommodates up to 10 vehicles; garage and street parking are not available.

Spa & Pool: All stays include 2 hours of free spa heating nightly (4:30 PM–9:30 PM). Guests staying 3 nights or more enjoy 5 hours of free spa heating nightly. Pool heating available upon request for an additional fee; may be unavailable during colder months.

While we welcome these meaningful moments, please note that large parties or events are not permitted in order to maintain the tranquility and safety of our community. We encourage guests to reach out ahead of time to discuss any special arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
