「The location is good, but VERY noisy! There's a round-about just next to the hotel and all you hear is honking ALL night. Even people walking the streets shouting - made it very hard to sleep. The top floor has a bar / restaurant which was convenient but not a lot of variety. The coffee was amazing here. The rooms are neat but dirty... our socks were black with just minutes of walking on the floor. We all were sneezing constantly. The parking garage is convenient with a rental but very small....

「Absolutely awful building. My room reeked of cigarettes all night and day and the bed sheets were filthy. The mattress may well have been a sheet of timber.
I had a three night stay but cancelled after one night because of the awful condition of the room. I requested a refund but it was rejected. Avoid this place. The pictures are deceptive.」

「The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was decent, but the bathrooms weren’t as pictured. The apartment overall feels poorly finished, with a lot of quick fixes that were done carelessly. Very little effort was made to make it feel cozy. While the furniture is technically the same as in the pictures, the photos make the apartment appear much nicer than it actually is. Noise is also an issue. You can hear the neighbors clearly. Although the building is supposedly new, it feels neglected:...
