The location is good, but VERY noisy! There's a round-about just next to the hotel and all you hear is honking ALL night. Even people walking the streets shouting - made it very hard to sleep. The top floor has a bar / restaurant which was convenient but not a lot of variety. The coffee was amazing here. The rooms are neat but dirty... our socks were black with just minutes of walking on the floor. We all were sneezing constantly. The parking garage is convenient with a rental but very small. The beds are hard and lacking blankets and pillows. We had to ask for more. The staff are incredibly nice. But We were asked to move rooms to a smaller room our last night due to an apparent leak - however, we noticed just hours after we left our old room it was occupied by another guest. The bathroom is really small and it all gets soaked while showering. Not enough towels to deal with that. Overall it was just ok.

Me and my girlfriend visited during Ramadan, in hindsight a questionable choice since we are not Muslim. However we recieved an warm welcome nonetheless. We were treated amazingly the whole 5-day stay, got awesome recommendations for day trips. And had a sweet dining experience with the personel. Absolute 10/10 will be back!!!

The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. Very close to Arribat Center in the upscale Rabat neighborhood of Agdal. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back soon.

Perfect One-Night Stay at First Suites Hotel

I recently stayed at the First Suites Hotel and was delighted with my experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The suite I stayed in was perfect – very new, clean, and well-appointed. I wish the team at First Suites Hotel continued success and highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great Hotel… I really appreciate it

When traveling with family, the first thing you concern about is the comfort of your family, this place has it all, the service is great, all over, inside the room and outside, in the entire hotel. The restaurant at the fifth floor is an amazing place… I write this review not only because I appreciate this hotel, but because other hotels don’t have these things…, other hotels focus on the place, outside appearances and leave the room without any services…
