「Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.」
「I stayed at this hotel in order to look for an accommodation during my study at a uni.
The room was clean and comfortable although it did not have AC. I sometimes felt somewhat hot, but thanks to the ceiling fan, it was not a big problem to me. I wish it were my permanent home. If I need to stay at a hotel in Canberra again, I will certainly choose Ovolo Nishi again.

"The room was relatively spacious for the price, but it was not clean at all.
After checking out, I noticed an additional charge of $99.50, which I had not been informed of at any point, including during checkout. When I inquired about it, I was told that the charge was for assistance provided after 10 p.m. because I had left the key card inside the room. However, I was never told at the time that such a high fee would be incurred, so I was very surprised. Since I hadn’t lost the key card but had simply left it inside the room, I felt the charge was unreasonably high. When my key was being handled, I saw that another guest had also left their key inside the room. If they charge nearly $100 to every guest in that situation, it feels excessive and unfair. Although the place advertised 24-hour check-in, additional late-night assistance often incurs high fees, so guests should be aware of that."
