This cabin in the mountains is a perfect place to relax by the fire pit , hike the trails onsite or use as a jump off point for all your hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting , ziplining, caving, motorcycling, fishing, boating, and sightseeing getaways!

If you want to relax in the a serine environment, this is definitely the place. This will comfortabley accommodate a family of 4 but will accommodate six.

This was a wonderful find! We loved the cabin and the cool history. The caretaker Joe, stopped by to say hi and provide some great info about the area. We had lots of stuff to do and it provided a great halfway point to meet our college aged daughter. We will certainly stay here again!

Beautiful Cabin in the mountains

Great place to stay to get away from it all. Close to the Cherokee National Forest with hiking and beautiful waterfalls. Cabin was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a great getaway.

Great place to just get away from everything. Nice and peaceful. Lots of hiking close by if that's your thing, or just sit back and relax (which is what we did most days). 10/10

Serenity abounds. Cute original cabin that has had updates but keeps much of the original charm. Neat place with a fire pit for a cozy place to land in the evenings. Very clean.

My family and I had a wonderful time, can't wait to go back. The cabin was gorgeous inside and out. The views were beautiful. It was our fourth time in the Tellico and Cooker Creek area and our first time in this cabin and we had a blast. We relaxed and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! Highly recommend.

Super private adorable cabin

This cabin doesn't market their #1 attribute very well.... It is very secluded with only one or two other houses in viewing distance, and no one within 1000 yards. The cabin is old (historic - but which I greatly prefer) but completely up to date with modern standards. Several comments: No hot tub, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer (technically, there is a washer/dryer, but they have a sign on it that they clearly do not want guests using them.... they are for housekeeping only. Not kidding.) But the location and setting are million-dollar settings. The owners' dad (Joe) kept me up-to-date on the best roads to ride, and made sure I had everything I needed. I will DEFINITELY keep this cabin on my list of places to stay, and I don't say that very often. I loved it.

The cabin and property were outstanding. It was great to meet Joe and learn the back story of the cabin. Loved the firepit and dark sky for star viewing. Tellico Plains and great hiking nearby. We will be back!

The cabin has a rustic feel yet has all the comforts you would want. The cabin is back in the mountains and in a quiet and scenic place allowing you to see more stars at night than you ever imagined. We loved our stay.
