Quiet just did not expect parking not being included.

I love the history of the building. All staff were super nice too! Extra charge- pay at hotel includes $10 bfast credit was very nice, and the choices were good- just pay the extra amount (egg bagel sandwich = $13). I also used the day car service to take me to Union Station-that was a perk. The bar was nice as well. The lobby / sitting area was a cool "library" feel to sit & relax. The blackout curtains were best ever & bed, linens were comfy= I slept late everyday! (Only negative was the bathroom was a tight squeeze to get to the toilet behind the door- so check it before getting unpacked because if you're a larger person= no way to fit/ shimmy betw door & sink= so be sure to ask if all bathrooms are like that. It was fine for me/small female but no way a person over 180 lbs. could do it comfortably.) The location is great- next to performing arts, couple blocks to convention center, within a block to eat & drink, & .5 mile to Union Station/ Coors Field. Thank you-especially Isabelle, all the doormen/driver, & the gal & guy who worked the bfast bar! :) I loved my stay at Hotel Teatro & can't wait to come back!

Very nice, clean room. Everything was in working order. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toiletries. Staff was very friendly. Had a restaurant, coffee shop and a small place to purchase snacks or drinks in lobby. Located within walking distance of shops and restaurants downtown.
