  • Sylvan Cottage is a large detached 4 bedroom house within close proximity of Teignmouth town and within a 10 minute walk of Teignmouth beach. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The house has 4 unique double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge area\diner and games room complete with pool table. The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.
