On the northwestern coast of Lanzarote, the Famara Beach House is located just a few steps from the sandy beach in the charming fishing village of Caleta de Famara. Situated on a beautiful, fenced plot of land shared with one holiday apartment, the 200 m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen (including coffee maker and kettle), 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with 1 bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (optic fiber!), cable television, a baby cot, and a highchair upon request. The outdoor area of the beach house is absolutely stunning: on the covered terrace, you will find a billiards table and multiple lounge areas, all set before the backdrop of the romantic cliffs of Famara, which attest to the raw natural beauty of the island. In the outdoor area shared with the other apartment on the property, there is a large pool lined by sun loungers which, thanks to a special glass covering, can be used all year round and no matter the weather. Spend relaxing hours by the shared pool and prepare delicious meals on the communal barbecue for a fresh dinner. In the centre of fishing village, about 1.5 km or a 4-minute drive away, you will find a selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Here a surf academy also awaits your visit, where you learn to take full advantage of Lanzarote’s waves. The highlight of the home’s location, however, is its proximity to the beach: it is only a few meters down the path from your terrace and over the soft sand dunes to reach the gorgeous beach Playa de Famara. Here you can stroll along the shore at sunset and smell the salty breeze from the ocean.



Covered parking is available on the property and additional parking can be found in the street.

Pets are not allowed.

Homeowners ask that guests cover the pool when not in use to avoid sand getting in.
