"The experience was totally amazing. We reached at 9pm and the villa made us an amazing dinner even though they weren't expecting us to eat a meal. They catered for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming and made our stay really comfortable. "There are several rooms, however there seems to be one room of not as high quality as the others. It is right next to the road and where bikes are parked and next to several noisy roosters. I mentioned this to the manager and she said there were different categories of rooms. I stayed for one night and the there was no hot water or WiFi. "There were lots of ants in the room on the floor on the bed everywhere and they keep coming. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. We had booked 4 nights but spent only 2 nights there. We raised it with expedia and the property agreed to return the 2 nights money"

"We had a worst experience of staying in this so called villa in Bali. We are lucky that we had planned only one night stay there. It was so smelly, uncleaned,disgusting bathroom and without any privacy and basic facility. We haven't expected much in AUD 40/night but that is even higher rate for this kind of facility.Be careful, Guys!"

"The staff is great. Lovingly prepare food for one with eating difficulties. The gardens are lovely. Bed very comfy with huge much needed, evening and night, mosquito net. Coming from a very quiet rural area in Australia I did find the traffic just down the slope to the road very noisy. For city dwellers it might go unnoticed."
