"The history of the property, especially the old style elevator, the amazing friendly and helpful staff, the rooftop bar and restaurant. The unique French style of the hotel, and our large suit. Only complaint is that I unfortunately did not stay longer due to a connecting flight the next morning. Definitely will stay there again when I am in Mexico City."

"Such a great hotel. Loved everything. Room looks cool, very clean. Jose made sure in the restaurant that I will get the best order. Front desk checked me in quickly and got me a taxi to have a little trip to downtown. Highly recommended!!"
