The good: great price and good location next to the Nativitas Metro station, it looks like a new or few years old building construction, very clean rooms, bed is clean and very comfortable, breakfast included. it has a small desk and a wood square stool to seat. The bad: No air conditioning AC, temperature is very hot inside the rooms, around 85 Fahrenheit or 38 centigrade. Noise is another concern in front because of Tlalpan Avenue. Bathrooms are very small, they forgot to install shower curtains, only a small glass protection. Overall recommended to stay and worth the money.

Overall great experience. The hotel, amenities and rooms were exceptional. The only area that needs more focus was the front desk. One of the front desk girls had me wait for 15-20min while she assigned me a room, but forgot I was sitting in the lobby waiting for her. I arrive at least 10min before the 3pm check-in. At one point she was leaving, happened to see me, asked me if I was waiting and then had someone else assign me a room. But her and the other person behind the desk we playing and laughing the whole time I was waiting.

The property was clean, and the rooms had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, I accidentally left my earrings in the room after checking out. I contacted the property immediately, but every time I called, I was told to call back in an hour. When I called again, I was given the same response repeatedly, and in the end, they never helped me recover my earrings. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected much better customer service when it came to helping a guest recover a lost personal item.

Friendly professional staff. Always very clean. Big room (King size option) cold AC .hot/cold water.Good price. Huge TV . Very comfortable bed and pillows . Breakfast was ok but needs to change menu . Slow elevator Next door to Walmart ! 4mins walk to Metro Station Nativitas (although was closed during my stay not Hotel fault world cup remodeling ). There was another metro station about 20 mins walk away (Villa de Cortez ) . I was offered tours at the hotel. Location about 2 metro rides from Bellas Artes/Zocalo. 2 metro rides from Polanco/Roma Norte 2 Metro rides fron Chapultepec Castle and Angel of Independence .

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall, I truly enjoy it. The location is excellent—very easy to move around the city, with a Walmart around the corner and several convenient places nearby. It’s a practical and comfortable option for getting from place to place without complications. As a side note, it’s important to mention that the hotel does not offer invoicing (factura) when the reservation is paid directly through Expedia, which may be relevant for travelers who require tax receipts. Regarding the stay itself, the hotel is small compared to others in the area, but it remains clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is not the best, but it still adds value to the overall experience. Despite its simplicity, it’s fresh, convenient, and a nice way to start the day. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will absolutely stay here again.
