This is an older building, sound proofing is weak, but no noises heard after 10 PM, so no real complaints. Bathroom design could be better, and water pressure was a little on the weak side. Room was great, Jack on reception was excellent, had a herd of Elephants in the room above who talked on mobile phone loudly, staff couldn’t fix that except a quiet policy should be reinforced.

Last minute deal - walk to the beach - 4 bedroom - super cute!
My family and I stayed here for the Falmouth Marathon weekend. House was very conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. Looked just like the photos. Martha’s communication was timely. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
