"i booked on the same day and everything went alright! the room was nice for only a one person, and the bathroom was even nicer. the only thing is that it you could smell it was closed for a while - not a bad smell at all, though noticeable in the first moments when you entered the room"

"Nice welcome at reception. Lift to our room good. Room very basic, white painted walls with 1 poxy picture above the bed. Very basic furniture in room, wardrobe & sort of desk/dressing table. Nowhere to put the case so it went on the floor! Couple of chairs. Because we'd had a long day stopped here for dinner, acceptable 3 courses £25. Bar was busy with a coach party and only 1 person behind bar, occasionally aided by another. Bed not very comfy and ensuite smaller than the caravan's we'd just stayed in! Breakfast passable. All in all not the best place we'd stayed in during our trip around Scotland but one of the most expensive! Was that because we had a view of the loch?? Not one we'll return to. As usual nice friendly staff however."

"The lodge was clean and tidy with a really large garden, very close to the loch and the trail through the forest which was excellent, great views from deck and a very peaceful location, Iain was very friendly and helpful as a host and access to property was smooth with no issues, would definitely use again and recommend aswell."

Cabin 16 'Duart' A Cosy Cabin With Views Over Loch Awe.

"Great little cabin very near the shore, nice and comfortable and basic, don’t expect WiFi but these holidays are about getting away from the noise. Well equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. The host is lovely, he will certainly make you feel welcome. Lovely place and so peaceful."
