"People in the restaurant and maintenance were very pleasant and helpful, but the front desk very dry didn’t offered to help with the bags, didn’t explain the amenities of the place. We had to carry our bags to the second floor with no elevators, we had to figured it out by ourselves."

"La estadía estuvo bien en general, la pasamos muy alegre. Mis hijos la pasaron súper felices en la piscina que estaba enfrente y el masaje muy recomendado. Los puntos a mejora es que la piscina estaba con insectos y no vimos alguien limpiando, no había agua caliente en las duchas de arriba y el mar ..."
