When I could break through the AI chatbot that VRBO provides for feedback the owner was responsive and helpful. When I return to this property I will seek out the owner directly and cut out VRBO. 「We had to inquire with the owner about the lodge as no information about check-in was provided in advance. However, when I inquired with the owner, she informed me immediately. The bed sheets were not set and we had to make the beds ourselves. We had to wash the sheets and towels ourselves and check out, which I would only recommend to those who have enough time. Because of the many rules, I thought it would be a problem for people staying there if they were not posted on the website.」

「The owners have done a lovely job furnishing the property. It's near the Westside of Lake Taupo. Great fishing and very nice beach, but there a couple of issues. The property lacks internet! It's the 21st century, not having internet is like not having indoor plumbing or electricity. Without the internet, there's no smart TV.
