「ビーチが目の前で、バス停も家の前にあり、高級スーパーも家の前にありとても良い環境です。 Sandy Bay Rd沿いの通りで一番古い建物で、重要文化財に指定されている建物ですが、オーナーのTedさんが綺麗にリノベートされていて、すてきなお部屋になっています。オーナーのTedさんはとても優しい方で、すてきな時間を過ごせました。タスマニアに行く際はぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。」

「Fantastic location, lovely spacious apartment, good air conditioning. Very happy with it.The only problem was that I found the keysafe very hard to open. I couldn’t open it, but luckily my sister was with me and was able to.When I checked out, I also had trouble and gave up and was about to ring the contact number, but tried again - and it worked first time. I have no idea what I did differently.」

「We were a family of four and were very satisfied with our stay here. The portable heater was a must-have during the winter and kept us nice and warm. The well-equipped kitchen made our short stay extra enjoyable, giving us the chance to cook and create some lovely family memories together. 「A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! 」

"フロントが24時間なので深夜・早朝のチェックインアウトでも対応してくれました。水回りや室内は清潔です。隣にビルがあるので部屋によっては景色はほぼなし、GPSも入りにくいです。"

"入り口がちょっとわかりにくいですが、4階のロビーからは広々とした空間で最近のモダンなレセプションエリアは旅のテンションが上がっていいですね！部屋も広くて設備やアメニティーも清潔感、使い勝手など申し分なく満足です。ベッドの寝心地は最高でした。低層階(7階)の窓から見える風景だけビジネスホテルレベルで特別感はなく星一つ減らしていますが、歩いて港まで10分程度なので観光でも十分楽しめました。周りにはレストランやカフェも多くタスマニアの豊かな食材を楽しむことが出来ました。"

"毎日の清掃がとても綺麗に行き届いていました。タオル交換やトイレットペーパーなどもきちんとされていて、部屋のティーパックの補充もされていました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。また、観光施設やスーパーへの行き方などをフロントスタッフに尋ねると、地図上で丁寧に説明してくれました。荷物の預かりも快く対応してくれたり、チェックインより4時間ほど早く着きましたが、部屋の清掃が終わった段階で電話をくれました。一点、サマータイムになるタイミングの宿泊だったのですが、部屋に置いてある時計の時間変更の仕方がわからず、1時間ずれたままでした。携帯を見て時間を確認していたので、あまり不便は感じませんでしたが。ベッドシーツが少し生乾きのような匂いがして気になりましたが、総合的に素晴らしかったです。 3泊4日の一人旅でしたが、安心して旅を終えることができました。ありがとうございました。"
