This house represents a successful example of the restoration of an Istrian house with implementation of modern design and offers to its guests an outstanding level of comfort and style. Situated on its own enclosed property of 206 sqm, the Villa Regina Perci offers to its guests an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious covered terrace with summer kitchen as well as parking places for two cars.



The Villa is for 8 people with a total surface of 202 sqm. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofas, TV set and fireplace, separate toilet. On the first and the second floor there are in total 4 air conditioned double-bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet and satellite-TV of which three with double beds and one with two single beds. At the 1st floor there's a spacious terrace with a lovely view.
