Very convenient to Taipei metro and lots of food options nearby. Customer service is ok but they shall smile more. The only problem is the bed is a bit hard.

The "you tiao" doesn't do justice to this local favourite it was mostly cold and hard. A difficult item to provide. I ask for upgrade but was told this don't an expedia VIP benefit? I paid for an upgrade on check in for a small fee. The spread on the lounge was good on day 1 but the cheese selection ...
