「Called prior to check in regarding the swimming pool hours. They implied the staff was just a little late getting the pool opened that morning. I asked, Is it going to be closed for the next 2 days? The answer was “no”. The receptionist was lying. It was closed “for cleaning” for the entire two day stay. When I asked to extend the stay for another night, housekeeping kept disturbing me trying to get into the room. In between slamming the door of the room next door so many times it was mind...

「Things in hotel could work. Big groups made it impossible to have a breakfast. Usually I would not care but room was much more expensive than expected. Most hotels have information how things work. Not there. Staff did what they could. Never again there. 」

「The location was near shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the front desk staff was very nice, checking in and out. They made you feel welcomed. My family enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in charge made sure there were plenty of food and drinks.」

「The hotel had a bad smell in hallways and my room smelled like old mold. Then all night there was constant banging on walls, loud noises and what sounded like kids jumping on beds or something. I called front desk to get someone to check but never heard back and it continued. This went on for always the entire night. I got no sleep.」
