「Liked the options for breakfast; cinnamon rolls are as good as advertised. Liked the brew to bean coffee machines and the express store for quick snacks, drinks and meals charged to room. Stayed in king suite #403; quiet, spacious, comfortable. Need some LED task lighting for the kitchenette counter. Nice to see washer and drier in addition to laundry service. Would stay here again.」

「Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast had some choices」

「Hotel is a little dated, but they are doing some renovations (Fall 2026) that will probably help. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the park next to the soo locks. The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and bars nearby you can walk to. The staff was friendly but were not terribly engaging (We asked about restaurants in the area and their response was ‘they are all okay.’).」

「The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The rooms, pool and hot tub were clean. The inside of the hotel could use a facelift. Some all over paint, clean carpets, etc.」
